It coached a paying customer to break Google's own lock
Google put DRM on the file it sold me. Google's AI spent most of the evening teaching me to remove it, then to switch off copy protection in Google's own reader. Getting around DRM is a legal grey zone in India under Section 65A of the Copyright Act, which carries up to two years in prison where there is intent to infringe. A Google product shouldn't be steering its customers into that.
